OWNERSHIP

The following terms apply to the purchaser insofar as he completes a purchase, with payment duly made.

When purchasing from our store, a contract is established between the two Collectnow.online parties and the buyer. This contact ends at the time of delivery of the products.

PRICES

The prices are shown including VAT.

The prices do not include shipping costs

PAYMENT OPTIONS

collectnow.online, provides secure payment methods, through paypal, credit and debit card. In Portugal you have to the Multibanco, Mbway and Payshop services .

When purchasing, the consumer will have the option to choose the payment method that is most convenient for him.

collectnow.online is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the consumer due to improper use of the payment method.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the security of their means of payment.

BANK TRANSFERS

In bank transfers, the products are sent after the transfer is accepted.

Any charges that collectnow.online incurs due to transfer problems will always be charged to the buyer (for example rejected transfer, cancellation of transfer, among others)

SHIPMENTS

Shipments are made between 3 to 5 days after the purchase is completed. There may be cases in which these deadlines may be longer due to out of stock of our products.

collectnow.online cannot be held responsible for delays that postal operators in each country have. Whenever possible, an order tracking number will be provided, which will be sent by email (if registered with us) to the buyer.

RETURNS

Whenever for any reason the buyer wishes to return a product, they must first contact us at sales@collectnow.online.
The email must include the product number, the reason for the return (damaged product, or otherwise). We will then contact you with instructions for shipping the product.

The product must be in shipping condition, without having been used and keeping the materials that protect it.

After evaluating the product, if the problem is the responsibility of collectnow.online, we will be able to refund the value of the articles as well as the return postage. The customer can also opt for the amount to be credited for a later purchase. In this case, a coupon will be issued to be used in the next purchase. The coupon value is always used in its entirety (purchases + shipping).

If the return of the product is due to the buyer’s mistake (color, size, etc.), we will accept the return and replace the product, with the transport costs for the return, borne by the buyer.

In any of the above situations, collectnow.online will always contact the customer.

The use and abuse of product return strategies that harm our business implies our non-acceptance of purchases by the customer in question.

WARRANTY

The statutory warranty rights are applicable.

As a consumer, you are requested to promptly check the product for completeness, visible defects and transport damage as soon as it is delivered, and promptly disclose your complaints to us and the shipping company in writing. Even if you do not comply with this request, it shall have no effect on your legal warranty claims.

Portuguese law shall apply. This choice of law only applies to customers if it does not result in the revocation of the protection guaranteed by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the respective customer’s usual place of residence is located (benefit-of-the-doubt principle).

If you are not a consumer, but a businessman, a legal entity under public law or an institutional fund governed by public law, our place of business is the place of jurisdiction as well as the place of fulfilment for all services that follow from the business relationships that exist with us. The same condition applies to situations in which you are not associated with a general place of jurisdiction in Portugal or the EU, as well as situations in which the place of residence or the usual place of residence is not known at the time of commencement of proceedings. This has no bearing on the capacity to call upon the court associated with another place of jurisdiction.

You don’t need to worry, because the data you provide us are only used to develop our work. No identity will be disclosed, sold or given. To remove your data, simply send an email to privacy@collectnow.online. Your data will be deleted, as long as there is no purchase process pending, or that we are awaiting payment. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of the request. During this period, you may receive some information from us.
