Whenever for any reason the buyer wishes to return a product, they must first contact us at sales@collectnow.online.
The email must include the product number, the reason for the return (damaged product, or otherwise). We will then contact you with instructions for shipping the product.
The product must be in shipping condition, without having been used and keeping the materials that protect it.
After evaluating the product, if the problem is the responsibility of collectnow.online, we will be able to refund the value of the articles as well as the return postage. The customer can also opt for the amount to be credited for a later purchase. In this case, a coupon will be issued to be used in the next purchase. The coupon value is always used in its entirety (purchases + shipping).
If the return of the product is due to the buyer’s mistake (color, size, etc.), we will accept the return and replace the product, with the transport costs for the return, borne by the buyer.
In any of the above situations, collectnow.online will always contact the customer.
The use and abuse of product return strategies that harm our business implies our non-acceptance of purchases by the customer in question.
