The prices shown exclude VAT and shipping

SHIPMENTS

Shipments are made within a period of 3 to 5 working days, except for products that for some reason are not in stock.

SPECIAL PRODUCT INFORMATION

If a product has any variety (for example, color, format, among others), the buyer must, at the time of purchase, indicate in the Order Notes field what he actually wants. We are improving our store so that these options are available as a product option.

PAYMENTS

We have several payments options, like Paypal, Credit Card trought Paypal. After 01/02/2023 we accept several credit cards by MyPOS service and Gpay; For Portuguese Customers we have too, Multibanco, Mbway, Payshop.

Bank transfer. At the time of purchase you will have information about our bank details. In this case, the products will be sent after the correct receipt of payment.

Your registration is very important, as this will give you access to our news, to our promotional campaigns, among others.
You don’t need to worry, because the data you provide us are only used to develop our work. No identity will be disclosed, sold or given. To remove your data, simply send an email to privacy@collectnow.online. Your data will be deleted, as long as there is no purchase process pending, or that we are awaiting payment. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of the request. During this period, aianda may receive some information from us.
